Refund Policy

How we handle refunds for PullVid Premium. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record.

1. Subscriptions (Premium monthly and yearly)

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used a paid feature (2K/4K downloads).

You can cancel anytime: your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and won't renew. The current period isn't refunded pro-rata once used.

2. 24-hour Day Pass

The 24-hour pass is non-refundable once used (i.e. after your first premium download), since the service is consumed immediately. If you haven't used it, contact us within 24 hours.

3. Technical issues

If you paid and a premium feature doesn't work because of a fault on our side, we'll help fix it or refund you. Just tell us what happened.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase email. Since payment is processed by Paddle, refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method (typically within 5-10 business days).
