1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using PullVid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

PullVid is a free tool to download videos from public internet platforms for personal use. Optionally, we offer PullVid Premium, a paid plan (see section 6). The Service acts as a technical intermediary and does not permanently store third-party content.

3. Permitted use

• The Service is for personal, private use only.
• You may only download content that is publicly accessible.
• You are responsible for respecting the copyright and intellectual property of the content you download.
• You must not use the Service for commercial purposes without the rights holder's authorization.

4. Prohibited use

• Downloading copyrighted content for redistribution.
• Using the Service for activities that are illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to access, modify, or damage the Service's infrastructure.
• Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means abusively.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service.

5. Intellectual property

PullVid claims no ownership over downloaded content. Videos, audio, and images belong to their respective creators and rights holders. PullVid's design, code, and brand are the property of the Service. For copyright claims, see our Copyright Policy.

6. Paid plans and billing

PullVid is free. Optionally, we offer PullVid Premium: a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) and a 24-hour pass, which unlock additional features such as 2K/4K downloads, an ad-free experience, and higher limits.

• Payment processing: payments are processed by Gumroad as the Merchant of Record. Gumroad is the seller of the products and handles billing and any applicable taxes. By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's terms.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless you cancel beforehand.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Price changes: we may update prices; changes apply from the next billing period and will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Refunds: governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. To purchase any paid plan you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullVid is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• How you use the downloaded content.
• The continued availability of the Service.
• Changes in source platforms that affect functionality.
• Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PullVid and AxiomTech, and their officers and contributors, from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States), without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Delaware, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by the mandatory law of your country of residence.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
