Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
PullVid is a tool for saving content you have the right to download. This policy explains which uses are permitted and which are not.
Permitted Uses
- Downloading your own videos or content for which you hold the rights.
- Saving licensed content that allows downloading (for example, public domain or compatible Creative Commons).
- Personal and private use in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the source platform.
Prohibited Uses
- Downloading or redistributing copyright-protected content without authorization.
- Circumventing technical protection measures (DRM) or platform restrictions.
- Monetizing or publishing someone else's content as your own.
- Any use that violates applicable law or the terms of service of the source platform.
DRM-protected streaming services
PullVid does not circumvent DRM or technical protection measures, and does not support downloading from DRM-protected streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, or similar. We only process publicly available, non-encrypted content.
Music and Spotify: when you paste a Spotify link, PullVid does not access Spotify's protected stream. It identifies the track and downloads its publicly available version on YouTube; DRM-protected tracks are refused. The result is an audio file from a public source, not a copy of Spotify's encrypted catalog.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it. PullVid does not host the video: it processes it temporarily to deliver the file you request. If you believe content infringes on rights, see our Copyright Policy.
