How to download YouTube videos?

1

Open the playlist on YouTube and copy its link (starts with youtube.com/playlist?list=…).

2

Paste the link above and click Load list.

3

Check the videos that show up in the list.

4

Download each one with the Download button, or pick a format in Options.

A YouTube playlist groups together many videos: a course, an album, a series of tutorials, or your favorite music. With PullVid you paste the playlist link and we show you every video in it with its thumbnail, so you can download one at a time whichever ones you want, as MP4 or audio-only MP3.

The download is video by video, not a single giant ZIP. That's by design: it gives you exact control over what you save, and each download stays fast and stable without overloading your connection. For a single video there's the YouTube downloader; if you're just after the music, the YouTube to MP3 converter.

How to download a YouTube playlist

  1. Open the list on YouTube and copy its link (starts with youtube.com/playlist?list=…).
  2. Paste the link into the field above and click Load list.
  3. Check the videos that appear, along with their title and duration.
  4. Click Download on each video, or open Options to choose a resolution or audio only.

How many videos, and which playlists work?

PullVid loads the first 50 videos in the list (enough for most cases); if the playlist is longer, we show you the total. Only public or "unlisted" playlists accessible without signing in will work: private playlists need your account and can't be loaded from outside it.

MP4 or MP3: choose per video

Clicking Download gets you the video as MP4 in the best available quality (up to 1080p). If you open Options, you can pick a different resolution or keep just the audio as MP3 — handy when the playlist is music and you only want to save the songs. For the sharpest detail on a specific video, there's the YouTube 1080p downloader.

Downloading the list on mobile and on PC

The process is identical on any device: copy the playlist link, load it, and download each video. On Android, files are saved to the Downloads folder; on iPhone, to the Files app; on PC, to your downloads folder. Nothing to install.

Downloading a whole playlist is ideal for saving a course or a compilation to watch offline when you're traveling or without data. We cover that case in our guide to downloading videos to watch offline.

Frequently asked questions about YouTube

Does it download the whole list at once as a ZIP?

No. PullVid shows you every video in the list and you download the ones you want, one at a time. That's by design: downloading video by video gives you control over what you save and avoids overloading your connection, so each download stays fast and stable.

How many videos from the list can I see?

The first 50 in the playlist. If the list is longer, we show the first 50 and let you know above the list if the total count is higher.

Does it work with private playlists?

No. Only public or "unlisted" playlists that are accessible without signing in. Private playlists require your YouTube account and can't be loaded from outside it.

What format and quality do the videos download in?

Each video downloads as MP4 in the best available quality (up to 1080p) when you click Download. In Options you can pick a different resolution or keep just the audio as MP3.

Can I download just the audio from the list?

Yes. In each video's Options, choose MP3 to get just the sound — ideal if it's a music playlist. There's also the YouTube to MP3 converter for individual videos.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes, just like on PC: paste the playlist link, load it, and download each video. On Android, files go to the Downloads folder; on iPhone, to the Files app.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free with no download limit. PullVid is supported by a single respectful ad per session, with no pop-ups or fake buttons.

How is this different from the single-video downloader?

This page is built for playlists: it shows you every video in the playlist at once so you can download the ones you want. For a single video, use the YouTube downloader; if you only want Full HD, the YouTube 1080p downloader.
